Ba soccer goalkeeper Misiwane Nairube will captain the Kamil Muslim College Under 19 side in the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Soccer Championship which kicks off next Monday.
Coach Azam Ali said they were runners-up last year and under Narube’s leadership, they are hopeful of creating some upsets in this tournament.
He added majority of their players are from Nailaga Football Club in Ba.
Ali said due to exams this week, the side will go into camp from tomorrow.
Kamil Muslim College will play their first pool match against Latter Day Saints on Monday at 8.15am.
Rampur College and Drasa Secondary is also pooled with Kamil Muslim.
The Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Soccer Championship will be played from next Monday to Wednesday at Ratu Cakobau Park.
