Ba FC names Waqa in their starting line up in the quarter finals of the OFC Champions League

Ba FC has named Saula Waqa in their starting line up to strengthen their striking force as they take on Hienghene Sport in New Caledonia today in the quarter finals of the OFC Champions League.

Other players featuring for Ba include Misiwani Nairube, Shazil Ali, Manasa Nawakula, Sitiveni Cavuilagi, Simione Nabenu, Ratu Dau, Darold Kakasi, Abbu Zahid, Kishan Sami, Malakai Tiwa and Narend Rao.

The two teams will be facing each other for the second time as with their first encounter in the group stages of the 2017 OFC Champions League ending one all.

Ba FC coach, Ronil Kumar, says it’s do or die but they have spent  the last three weeks preparing to face Hienghene Sport on their home ground.

The match between Ba FC and Hienghene Sport will kick off at 6pm today in New Caledonia.

Meanwhile, Auckland City FC have become the first team to qualify for the 2019 OFC Champions League semi‑finals having thrashed Lae City Dwellers 4-0.
