Auckland City expected to face stiff challenge in OFC Champions League

Six time champions, Auckland City soccer team is expected to face a stiff challenge in this years OFC Champions League as a number of teams have signed quality players from around the World.

Speaking to Fijivillage from New Zealand, Auckland City coach, Ramon Tribulietx said history means nothing to them and they know it will be very tough to win the competition in Suva.

Tribulietx has also revealed their top striker, Sanni Issa will not be part of the team as he cannot travel to Fiji because of some issues.

Auckland City who are the defending champions will open their campaign against Suva at 4.30pm next Saturday at the ANZ stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
