The Blues have got their second win of the season after beating the Bulls 38‑14 last night after a second half try‑blitz.
Matt Duffie scored a brace as the Blues scored five tries to one in the second half.
The teams went into the break all square at 7‑all after an early try by Augustine Pulu was cancelled out by Lizo Gqoboka in a tight first 40.
The Blues were in a dominant second period as the Bulls tired and, became prone to error.
Mistakes were capitalised on by Duffie and West, to give the hosts a comfortable 24 point bonus‑point victory, despite Rudy Paige’s score after the hooter.
In other matches, the Highlanders edged the Brumbies 18-13, the Stormers beat the Sunwolves 44-31, the Kings defeated the Lions 42-19 while the Sharks edged the Cheetahs 38-30.
Meanwhile, the Reds will play the Jaguares at 9.40 this morning.
