A Year 7 student of Saint Annes Primary School, Asenaca Kadre will have the privilege of delivering the match ball for the Fiji and Wales Rugby World Cup pool match tonight in Oita in Japan.
She was part of the DHL Express Rugby World Cup Match Ball Delivery Competition that consisted of 884 entries throughout the Pacific.
Kadre says she has been reading about Japan, the amazing scenery, food and also their amazing culture.
She says this will be her first time watching the Rugby World Cup tournament live in the stadium and she can not wait to run the match ball inside a stadium that will be filled with thousands of rugby spectators.
Kadre travelled to Japan with her mother.
Kadre joins Valaimatagi Lam from Samoa and Christine Vea of Tonga as the lucky 3 Pacific Islands children selected by DHL Express Fiji to fly to Japan and be a part of this once in a lifetime experience.
