All Blacks coach Steve Hansen doesn't want to speculate over the appointment of his successor, having today announced he'll leave his post at the end of next year's Rugby World Cup.
Having today revealed his plans for the future, Hansen was naturally queried as to who he'd think would be best suited to replace him at the helm of the All Blacks from 2020 onwards.
Hansen though, refused to indulge in any sort of speculation whatsoever.
He says that's the rugby union's job.
However, Hansen did talk up the qualities of his current assistant coach, Ian Foster, hinting at his potential ascension to the top job, in the same way that Hansen did after Sir Graham Henry in 2012.
