The defending girls champion in the Triple N Zone, Adi Cakobau School will attempt to retain the title today without some key athletes who helped them win last year.

One of those athletes is former ACS Intermediate Girls sprinter Salote Baravilala who has joined Jasper Williams High School.

Last year, ACS won a majority of 40 gold medals in the girls division at the Triple N Zone, which meant they only failed to win 4 gold medals.

Jesse Vakaloloma of ACS is one of the favourites to win the Senior Girls 100m.

ACS will face stiff competition from Lomaivuna High School and Wainimala High School.

In the Boys Division, Lelean Memorial School is the defending champion.

They will face competition from Sila Central High School and Naitasiri High School.

The Triple N Zone will start at the ANZ Stadium this hour. Stay with us for updates.
