3 records broken Tailevu Zone

Three records have been broken at the Coca-Cola Tailevu Zone at the ANZ Stadium.

Nathaniel Tuilaucala of RKS set a new zone record in the sub-junior boys shot put with a throw of 10.96 metres.

A new zone record was also set in the Intermediate boys Triple Jump as Aminiasi Delana of RKS made a record jump of 13.29 metres.

There was also a zone record broken in the sub junior girls Javelin. Makelesi Vora of St Vincent College set a new zone record of 19.68 metres.

Looking at the medal tally, RKS leads the boys division with 3 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze while in second place is QVS with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze. Naiyala High School is third with 1 bronze.

Tailevu North is leading the girls division with 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze, second is Wainibuka Secondary school with 2 gold and 1 silver.

St Vincent College is in third place with 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze.
