2018 Sanatan World Cup Soccer Tournament will for the first time be held in Fiji.
President of Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha Fiji Sarju Prasad says they have been trying for many years for a chance to host the tournament.
He says all the district teams from Fiji as well as teams from the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be taking part in this tournament.
Prasad adds that at least sixteen teams are taking part in the tournament with more expected to be confirmed.
He says it will be an open grade tournament.
The games will be held at Churchill Park from the 7th to the 9th of this week.
