12 RKS players included into Fiji U18 squad for Tri Nations next month

RKS wins 2017 Deans title

Twelve players from the Ratu Kadavulevu School Under 18 team have been selected into the Fiji Under 18 squad to prepare for the Tri Nations in Sydney next month.

They include captain and winger Taniela Soqoniwasaloa, fullback Saint George Sisi Talei, center Jiuta Wainiqolo, Jone Vatuwaliwali, Peni Natoga Nanuku, Avenai Rasese, Mali-kieli Matanisiga, Peni Kunabuli, Apisai Senileba, Anuilagi Mirialolo and Josese Batirerega.

Some other players that was selected includes QVS captain Peni Narube, his twin brother Emosi Namiqa, QVS prop Livai Natave, Saint John’s College number eight Veniasi Vosawale, Viliame Tivau, QVS flyhalf Simione Kuruvoli and Marist Brothers High School Aminiasi Tiri Shaw.

The squad includes eleven QVS players, five from Saint John’s College, three from Cuvu College, three from Marist, two from the Southern Zone and one from the Eastern Zone.

The Fiji Under 18 will be travelling to Sydney next month to take on Australia and New Zealand in the Tri Nations series.

Meanwhile the Fiji Under 16 team has also been selected and will be travelling to Adelaide next month.
