We are the first network company in Fiji to upgrade to 4G plus network and this has only been made possible through the people of Fiji.
Vodafone Fiji Acting CEO Ronald Prasad made this comment while speaking at the Vodafones 22nd birthday celebration that was held at its shopping outlet at Damodar City in Suva.
Prasad said Vodafone Fiji is the first network to have the 4G plus upgrade rolled out now to its customers.
He added that they currently have 10 base stations that have been upgraded to 4G plus networks.
He said that Vodafone Fiji aims to upgrade 75 more base stations to 4G plus networks within the next three months.
Prasad said people will now be able to enjoy faster internet and network speed.
Meanwhile Vodafone Fiji aims to upgrade their network speed to another 80-85 percent.
