“If parents are supportive, a child can do better.”
These are the words of Swami Vivekananda College 2016 DUX Vikash Goundar.
Goundar who comes from a farming background says his parents have always been supportive and whenever he needed anything his parents provided it for him.
He hails from Nalovo, Nadi and says it is important to set out a timetable and follow it so that we are able to achieve what goals we have set out.
He hopes to do something in accounting at the University of the South Pacific and he is also hopeful that he can secure a good scholarship.
Goundar had 382 out 400 in the Year 12 examination last year.
