More than 10 students of Kocomo Village School in Taveuni will benefit from a new fibre glass boat.
While receiving the $1,900 worth fibre glass boat today, School Manager, Ilisoni Vakaloloma says they needed a lot of things in terms of rehabilitation since Tropical Cyclone Winston.
He says the boat will be a major help.
Vakaloloma says students of Kocomo will now have a reason to smile again since they have been struggling to get to school durintg high tides and rainy days.
Education Minister, Mahendra Reddy says this initiative is part of Ministry’s rehabilitation program for schools.
