To give something from your heart is the work of God and that is through sharing and caring.

This was the message delivered by Lois Tanumi, founder of Australian based foundation Southern Princess Fund, while donating library books for students of Annesley Methodist Infant School.

The emotional Tanumi told the students that Fiji is known for caring and sharing and that is what they must carry with them through their life.

She reminded them to be fruitful when they grow up and never stop learning.

Annesley Methodist Infant School Head Teacher Swastika Kumar says that they are fortunate to have the Southern Princess Fund donate books to their school.

Kumar says the school is planning to not only open the library during the allocated library class for each class but they will open up the library to students during recess and lunch.

The School Manager Jone Vuto had written to the foundation in February this year requesting for assistance to equip their school library.

There are 912 students currently attending the school from year 1 to year 3.
