Ratu Tevita Lalakonakoro who was allegedly found in possession of about 95 kilograms of marijuana has been further remanded in custody.
High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar has transferred the case to Justice Chamath Morias and will be called on the 22nd of this month for bail hearing.
The prosecution has informed court that they will be objecting bail.
It was alleged that 172 plants of marijuana was uprooted from his farm in Kadavu.
