It will be a special moment for many as Fiji Showcase 2016 hits its 30th year this year.
Total Event Company Manager Loretta Jackson said they will continue with what they do best and will try and make people forget about what has devastated their lives in the past few months.
Jackson said people will be amazed with what they will provide as they have a record number of 152 booths this year.
She said that this is a great time for families to not only get good bargains on various products but to also relax from whatever they are going through.
Fiji Showcase 2016 will open during the National Sports Day public holiday at 10am next Friday at the Vodafone Arena.
