Authorities cannot establish cause of Nabua fire

The cause of the house fire that took the life of a 23‑year‑old man at Yarawa road in Nabua last Tuesday is yet to established by the National Fire Authority and the Police.

The man died after he was trapped inside his flat.

A three bedroom double storey concrete house was partly destroyed while a three bedroom flat was completely destroyed in the fire.

Acting Chief Fire Officer, Timoci Nakaruru had earlier mentioned that their investigation may take some time as someone has lost his life.
