A 17 year-old boy is still in custody at the Rakiraki Police Station after he was allegedly found with dried leaves believed to be marijuana.

Police say upon further questioning the suspect led officers to his farm in Nukulau, Nalawa in Ra where more than 40 plants believed to be marijuana were seized.

Meanwhile, a 41-year old man of Lautoka is still in custody after he was allegedly found with two clear plastics of dried leaves wrapped in aluminum foil believed to be marijuana during a snap roadblock check conducted at the Lomolomo Community Post on Monday.

Police say further search conducted at his home in Vuda Point resulted in the seizure of more rolls of dried leaves believed to be marijuana.
