Fijian-Born winger Heleina Young scored two tries for the Queensland Reds women as they came from behind to beat the Brumbies 23-20 in their Super W semi final clash yesterday.
The former Saint Josephs Secondary School sprinter was in top form for the Reds starting on the wing and proving her worth.
In her first try, the flyer collected the ball 60 metres out from the try line, before showcasing her blistering pace to beat four defenders and cross for Queensland’s second try.
Young made it a double soon after when she linked up with halfback Diane Hiini and streaked 25 metres to score.
The Reds will host the defending champions the Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua in the Super W grand final this Saturday at 6.45pm
