Anyone organising or participating in pyramid schemes or gifting circles can be charged.
This has been stressed by the Acting Attorney General and Minister for Commerce and Trade Faiyaz Koya after reports of Fijians participating in ‘get rich quick schemes have surfaced in the past few days.
He says when the pyramid or circle collapses people will lose hard-earned cash.
