Year 8 students to sit for external examination today

Year 8 students to sit for external examination today

Year 8 students around the country will sit for their Year 8 external examination from 10am today.

Their first paper will be Social Science while in the afternoon students will sit for the Vosa Vaka-Viti, Hindi, Urdu or Rotuman paper.

Permanent Secretary for Education, Alison Burchell is urging all Year 8 students that this is the time to show what they have learnt.

She is also urging parents to support their child during the exam and through the result period as they would have done their best.

The exam finishes on Wednesday.
