The Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination provisional results will be released today where a 74 percent pass rate in comparison to 66 percent in 2022 has been recorded.
13,363 students sat for the examination.
The Education Ministry says these results are provisional for 30 days where students can have their marks recounted or papers remarked at a rate of $5 and $25 respectively.
Education Minister Aseri Radrodro says this is a great result given that there were disruptions faced by year 12 students during their examination week.
Exam results can be accessed through www.examresults.gov.fj with respective student's unique examination identification number and personal credentials.
The Ministry says students who may find difficulties in accessing online results can visit their respective schools or District Education Office from 8am today.
They are requesting parents and guardians to support their children in the decision making processes, including support for TVET, academic enrolment, and career pursuits.
Radrodro has congratulated all the students for attaining 12 years of compulsory education and is thanking parents, guardians, teachers, school management committees, ancillary staff and all the stakeholders for their valuable contribution.
