The World Harvest Center Fiji has provided $20,000 worth of food to assist those who have been affected by Tropical Cyclone Winston.

Church Pastor, Manasa Kolivuso says they have packed about 500 cartons of groceries to distribute to the villages in Tailevu North including Qelekuro, Lawaki, Silana, Nataleira and Nasinu.

Kolivuso says they have also used some of their resources from their Supermarket in Kinoya.

He says two trucks will be leaving World Harvest Center to take up about seven tonnes of food to Tailevu North.
