Works on Vatuwaqa Bridge superstructure completed

The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that works on the Vatuwaqa Bridge superstructure is complete.

FRA CEO Jonathan Moore says the contractor is currently working on the construction of the bridge furniture and the road works have commenced.

Moore says the Vatuwaqa Bridge is not due for completion until the middle of 2018 and the contractor is working tirelessly to complete the works earlier if possible.

He says the FRA will work to keep disruptions to a minimum and they request the public to be patient during the construction period.
