SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka

When I felt that Fiji hit a reef, I decided to come back.

These were the sentiments of the SODELPA Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka while speaking at their Lautoka Rally and about questions that have been raised on his return to politics.

Rabuka also shared a story he vividly recalls of being on board a patrol boat that hit a reef which he says was captained by the Prime Minister.

Rabuka says that he has come back because he has got many young people looking up to him, getting ready to exercise their right, which is equal to his to vote on 14th of November and to vote in their next government.

He says that for them, it is an uphill battle because they are telling the people what they will do, but the people have the benefit of seeing what people in government have done.

Rabuka says that people have the say of equal rights and power to elect their government.

Rakuka has also stated that people should vote for those they consider worthy to represent them in Parliament.
