We were outplayed in every aspect of the game by the Waratahs. This was stated by Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s side coach, Mosese Rauluni, to the media after their 62-21 loss to the Waratahs.
The Tahs outscored the Drua with 10 tries to 3. Rauluni says they had no energy, and he is very disappointed.
He says he thought the girls left everything off the field and did not take any on the field.
The former Flying Fijian says the Tahs were more committed to the game, whereas they had a slow start.
He says just as they gained some ascendancy in the game, they would lose it again by a silly play or penalty, so they need to get better.
After two games, the Drua Women are third with 5 points, with the Waratahs at the top of the table with 10 points.
This Saturday, the Drua teams will host their second double-header against the Force, with the Men playing at 1.05pm and the Women at 3.35pm at Churchill Park, Lautoka.
