Vodafone Flying Fijians Coach Vern Cotter says there needs to be a mindset shift and people need to appreciate that we have a powerful team and powerful players.
He says we do not have to just be a gallant opposition as we can win games against teams like Wales.
Cotter adds the red card was unfortunate against Wales.
