Fiji Water Flying Fijians fullback Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula

We are ready for Wales this weekend and the inclusion of the Europe based players will boost our morale and preparations come game day.

This was highlighted by Fiji Water Flying Fijians fullback Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula while speaking to fijivillage Sports from Wales.

Ravula says Fiji and Wales have a lot of history when they battle in rugby, and playing Wales in the historic Millennium Stadium means a lot to young aspiring ruggers like him.

He says he has been getting a lot of advice from senior players and they are working on their micro skills to sharpen their game plan this week.

Ravula says Scotland is a solid tier one nation and Wales will be no different this week but he is confident the guys are up for the challenge come what may and hopefully help Fiji to the tier one category.

The Flying Fijians will take on Wales at 1.40am Monday at the Millennium Stadium.
