Swire Shipping Fijian Drua lock Isoa Nasilasila says the Drua are now physically and mentally stronger, as they have been through a lot these last three seasons and it has helped in their development.
Nasilasila says going into their third season he can really see the difference as to where they are now compared to their first season.
He says it all comes down to being in a professional environment day in and day out which helps everyone stay on the same course.
The towering lock says his favourite memory with family was when he debuted for the Drua and his family came out innumbers and filled most of the stadium.
When it comes to music to hype him up before a game or training Nasilasila says he listens to some Electronic Dance Music but says it all depends on the day or his mood.
Nasilasila says preparations have been good heading into their first game against the Blues.
The Drua play the Blues at 3.35pm in Whangarei, Auckland.
