The Wallabies’ confidence levels might have taken a hit, but veteran halfback Nic White says with the Bledisloe Cup still alive it’s an “advantage” to be back on home soil.
While the Wallabies were well-beaten 27-7 at Eden Park in Bledisloe II, their 16-16 draw in Wellington in Bledisloe I has given the Wallabies the belief that they can match it with the All Blacks.
White told rugby.com.au that they are good enough and have confidence within themselves.
New Zealand has held the symbol of trans-Tasman supremacy since 2003 and has a 1-0 lead in the four-match series.
The Wallabies need to win both the remaining games, at the Olympic Stadium on Saturday and at Brisbane's Lang Park on Nov. 7, to reclaim the trophy.
The Wallabies host the All Blacks in the third Bledisloe Cup Test at 8.45pm this Saturday in Sydney.
