The CEO of the Women Entrepreneurs and Business Council, Eseta Nadakuitavuki says they are not only concerned about the health of businesses but the health of the women entrepreneurs, and this is why they were calling up and checking up on their members.
While speaking during the USP Entrepreneurial Fair today, Nadakuitavuki says a safety net was introduced during the pandemic as they felt the spirits were low and women entrepreneurs were going through stress because of the fear of the unknown.
She says they may have been worried about their business and not making any money.
The CEO says they also had a psychologist run some courses virtually on stress management and sleep deprivation.
Nadakuitavuki adds people were not able to sleep because they were worried about tomorrow.
The CEO further says they have started a course on road rage and will introduce another course on menopause and the stress related to it.
