A Vuvale concert has been organised with the objective of bringing people together for Christmas.

Organiser Ellen Whippy-Knight says she was inspired by the carols by candle light that she used to attend in Australia and how it brought families together, and she wants to do the same in Fiji.

People can expect performances from renowned artists such as Vude Queen Laisa Vulakoro, Ken Janson, Bernadette Rounds, Billy T, Ratu and Onny.

Whippy-Knight says they started off with 20 artists but now they have up to 32 artists.

Co-organiser, Temesia Tuicaumia says their youngest artist is about 6 years old and is part of the Pasifika Prima Voce Group.

There will be dance items by the the Mata Dance and Masti Art & Dance group.

Tickets are $5 for children from 5 to 10 years, $10 to $15 for general seating and $30 to $50 for VIP.

You can get your tickets from Shopaholic, Grand Pacific Hotel, and at the Vodafone Arena.

The concert will start at 7pm tomorrow but the children’s portion of the show starts at 5pm.
