Billy Vunipola is savouring his international "rebirth" after fearing his England career may have been over.
The 30 year old was dropped for the autumn series last year and then the Six Nations, before excelling on the victorious summer tour of Australia.
Vunipola says it has probably done him wonders in terms of growing as a player.
He says he is happy with what they did in Australia and what he contributed, but he feels there is more for him to bring.
Vunipola is now determined to be a consistent force for England, and is keen not to look too far ahead, with a World Cup looming in under a year's time.
England will face Argentina at Twickenham 2.15am Monday, before meeting with Japan, New Zealand and South Africa on consecutive Saturdays in November.
