Voters in the 22 Polling Venues that had their voting postponed due to bad weather to now vote tomorrow

Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says that the 22 Polling Venues that had voting postponed due to bad weather on Wednesday will now have voting there from 7.30am till 6pm tomorrow.

Saneem says that 7,498 voters are expected to vote at these 22 Polling Venues.

He says they had initially said 23 venues however he says they had repeated one venue that was Raiwasa Community Hall. 

He says they will be ready to conduct elections in these venues.

The Fijian Elections Office says some people actually voted in these 22 polling venues and those votes have been canceled and the ballot papers will be added to the shredding list.

The Polling Venues in the Korovou Area include, Delakado FEO Shed, Natadradave FEO Shed, Nasinu Community Hall, Turagabeci Primary School, Lodoni Primary School and Naivicula District School.

In Rakiraki the venues are Korotale Mandir, Raiwasa Community Hall, Namuaniwaqa Primary School and Mataso Primary School.

In Nausori the venues are Nausori Technical School, Visama Sanathan Dharam Primary School and Naqeledamu Village School.

Nukutocia Village Shed in Levuka and Naisoqo Settlement FEO Ground Shed and Shantiniketan Primary School in the Central Division.

Navunividau community Hall, Krishna Janardhan School, Logani Community Hall, Matacaucau Community Hall, Nausori Community Hall and Gram Sangathan School also in the Central Division.
