Vodafone Fiji is today assuring people that more e-ticketing top up agents are being added following concerns raised that some highly populated areas do not have top-up systems in their neighbourhood shops.

Head of Vodafone E-Commerce and Corporate Affairs Shailendra Prasad says everyday they are adding more agents in more areas to expand the e-transport card top up agents network and as an example, they expect all On-The-Go Mobil service stations to begin providing e-Transport top-up services from today.

When asked by Fijivillage, Prasad requested the public for their patience as they are currently ironing out teething issues regarding the E-ticketing system.

Prasad says they are trying their best to have as many top up outlets as possible conveniently located for the public.

He also says business operators are taking a little longer than expected to have the necessary system and approvals as part of their business process to begin the top up service.
