Villagers of Lakeba continue to experience strong winds and heavy rain since this morning.

Viliame Gaunavinaka of Waitabu says he saw fallen tree branches all over the village ground.

Gaunavinaka says the neighboring village Waciwaci was flooded due to the storm surges.
