Vanuatu has secured its place in the OFC Men’s Olympic Qualifier semi finals after defeating Samoa 3-1 in Group B at Trusts Arena, Auckland, New Zealand.
Vanuatu was leading 3-1 at half time.
Joe Moses and Ronn Tasarur scored for Vanuatu while Juan Gobbi scored for Samoa.
Vanuatu will most likely face Group A winners New Zealand in Wednesday’s first semi-final at Go Media Stadium Mt Smart.
In another match today, Tonga will face Solomon Islands at 3pm.
