Following the fire that destroyed the laundry on the ground floor and boiler in the basement of CWM Hospital in May this year
It has been six months now and urns and kettles are still being used to boil water at wards at the CWM Hospital while laundry services have been outsourced.
This is following the fire that destroyed the laundry on the ground floor and boiler in the basement of CWM Hospital in May this year.
Health Minister, Dr. Ifereimi Waqainabete has confirmed they have started the procurement process for a new boiler at the CWM Hospital.
Waqainabete says it will take a few months.
He has also confirmed at the moment they are utilising a private laundry.
