Two new hotel developments which are still under construction within Nadi Town have created approximately 250 jobs.
Nadi Town Council CEO Robin Ali says the town has 25 existing hotels operating and two still in its construction stage.
Ali says people have been taking advantage of the developments taking place within the town jurisdiction.
Ali says the two new developments together with the existing hotels have a total of approximately 286 hotel rooms.
Meanwhile, Ali says plans are in the pipeline to extend the Nadi Town boundary considering the many developments taking place within and outside the town boundary.
