Two boys aged 16 and 12 who allegedly raped a 5 year old girl appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.
Both have been charged with a count each of rape and have been released on bail.
The court was also told that the girl is their neighbour.
The alleged incident occurred in Lami on 16th July.
The case has been transferred to the High Court and will be called on 29th October.
