Fiji 7s star Jerry Tuwai says he is speechless after being voted by fans as the 7s Player of the Decade.
Tuwai was nominated alongside former teammate Samisoni Viriviri, Tomasi Cama, Perry Baker, Mikaele Pesamino, Cecil Afrika, Seabelo Senatla, Werner Kok and Tim Mikkelson.
He says there are a lot of memories which he cherishes in his career but the two that stand out for him was his debut in 2014 when they won the Gold Coast 7s and the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Tuwai says he never even imagined about playing at the Olympics let alone winning it.
He adds he has good memories with the other nominees and has a lot of respect for them.
Tuwai adds he is now just wishing for the pandemic to end they can play international rugby once again.
In his stellar 7s career, he has played 294 games and has scored 134 tries for Fiji.
