A tsunami siren test will be conducted in several locations in Kinoya, Suva and Lami in the next hour.
The National Disaster Management Office is advising the public that evacuation will not be required.
The siren locations include; Water Authority of Fiji Kinoya Sewerage Plant, FINTEL ‑ Vatuwaqa, RFMF Officers Training School ‑ Vatuwaqa, My Suva Park, Government Training Centre ‑ Nasese, USP Main Campus, USP Statham, iTaukei Trust Fund Board, SCC Civic Car Park Rooftop, Biosecurity, Renown Street ‑ Suva Central, Government Shipping Services ‑ Walu Bay and Lami Town.
