Police are expected to lay charges against the 28 year old truck driver involved in the fatal accident on Sabeto bridge yesterday after they received the post mortem results of the three deceased.
It has been confirmed that the truck driver was under the influence of liquor.
Spokesperson Ana Naisoro said pathologists are on their way to conduct the post mortem on the deceased aged between 18 years and 36 years who were from Tavua.
Three people died in a four wheel drive when it collided with the truck yesterday afternoon.
Two people are still admitted at the Nadi Hospital.
