The trial of the man who allegedly killed his 4 months old baby will begin on the 3rd of November and will continue for 2 weeks.
It is alleged that 26-year-old Tevita Kunawave committed the offence in October last year.
He had earlier pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder.
Kunawave allegedly returned home heavily intoxicated and was refused entry into their home by his wife.
He got hold of a concrete block and allegedly threw it towards his wife which unfortunately hit their 4-month old daughter.
The child was rushed to the CWM Hospital but was pronounced dead. Kunawave's bail has been extended.
