The trial of Sevanaia Baleinadi who is charged with 3 counts of rape, 2 counts of sexual assault, and one count each of assault causing actual bodily harm, robbery, damaging property and criminal intimidation will be held in March next year.
He is alleged to have raped, sexually assaulted, robbed, criminally intimidated and damaged the property of a 57-year-old woman.
He had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He allegedly committed the offences on the 17th of January last year in Tamavua.
The man is remanded in custody.
The case has been adjourned to the 23rd of January.
