Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s star, Tokasa Seniyasi has been doing the hard yards in Naitasiri as she has revealed her training routine to keep herself fit.
Seniyasi is the leading points scorer for the Fijiana 7s team this season with 67 points and she has also scored 9 tries.
Seniyasi has told Fiji Rugby that she does three training sessions per day which include doing hill running.
The 20-year-old says even though they do not have gym equipment in the village, she uses blocks, coconuts and empty bottles for her training.
She is urging people to stay healthy and safe.
