The three men charged with the alleged rape of a 16 year old student on Saturday have been remanded in custody and the case has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court.
The three are Saiyad Peir, Shihad Haashmi and Sanjiv Kumar.
One has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of abduction, the second has been charged with one count of rape and one count of abduction, while the third man is charged with one count of rape.
The case will be called again next Friday.
Police had earlier said that the two men, who were earlier detained, are a 32 year old farmer and a 26 year old mechanic.
It is alleged that they offered to drop the girl home but instead took her to where the group were drinking alcohol.
They allegedly forced her to drink alcohol, following which the offence was committed.
