Three men have been charged for aggravated robbery and will be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.
The three men aged 34-years-old, 28-years-old and 25-years-old was charged after allegedly forcefully entering the home of a 59-year-old farmer on Monday night in Qalitu in Lautoka, threatening the victim and stealing money and assorted items.
Divisional Police Commander West, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Iakobo Vaisewa says the three accused persons also residing in Qalitu were arrested the next day by a joint team consisting of Lautoka personnel and K9 officers with full recoveries made.
