Thousands of people living in parts of Deuba are currently facing water disruptions.
The Water Authority of Fiji says this is due to blockages at the raw-water intake at Matavuralevu which has resulted in low to no inflow of water to the treatment plant.
Affected areas include Galoa Village, Lomary Campus, Forestry Quarters, Vunimaqo, Wainiyabia Village, Nanuku Resort, Lepanoni Settlement, Christian Camp in Deuba, Pearl Resort, Pacific Harbour, Makosoi Housing, Uprising Resort, Waidradra Settlement, Nakaulevu, Rovadrau and Viwawa.
The Authority says their ground teams are working around the clock to restore water supply in these areas.
