The win against Wales in the 2007 Rugby World Cup was a while ago and this team is all about doing what the next challenge is.
This was highlighted by Fiji Water Flying Fijians head coach Simon Raiwalui as the team gets ready for their first Rugby World Cup 2023 clash against Wales.
Raiwalui says the team is also all about focusing on how to improve each week and how the players deliver at training every day.
He says they have been pushing the players to their limit and they are trying to create something for them, their families and for the people of Fiji.
He adds they have come a long way now and they understand the challenge that lies ahead of them and they are looking forward to it.
The Flying Fijians will take on Wales at 7am next Monday in Bordeaux.
Meanwhile, the RWC kicked off this morning with host France securing a comfortable 27-13 win over the All Blacks in Paris.
